Joseph Rei, PhD

Dr. Rei’s professional experience includes leadership roles in corporate learning, higher education and the US Army Reserve. He has extensive experience designing and managing leadership development programs and strategic planning. Joe was an early adopter and innovator of the use of technology in education and educational services delivery. He has developed functional specialties in strategic planning, leadership development, process analysis and design, and information technology.

Joe’s experience as a consultant has led him to work with a vast array firms in public, private and non-profit sectors.

A frequent speaker and lecturer for professional organizations, he is recognized as an effective facilitator. He has developed educational materials and conducted seminars for many organizations

Dr. Rei holds his undergraduate degree in psychology and graduate degrees in counseling and higher education administration. He is also a graduate of Harvard’s Higher Education Management Development Program.
