Myers Briggs Type Indicator
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) provides an in-depth, personalized description of your personality preferences. The theory, developed as an application of Carl Jung’s theory of psychological types, suggests that we have opposite ways of gaining energy, gathering or becoming aware of information, deciding or coming to a conclusion about that information, and dealing with the world around us. It is not a measure of skills or abilities. Rather it is a way to help you become aware of your particular style, to better understand and appreciate the helpful ways that people differ from one another.
