Her expertise in regulatory compliance and ethical standards related to personally identifiable information and data, as well as knowledge and experience with data management and distribution has been vital to the recruitment success of nearly half of the U.S. colleges and universities.

She graduated Magna Cum Laude with her B.A. in Management and Human Relations and earned her M.B.A. from Mid-America Nazarene University. Tammy has a Management Development Certificate Program from University of Nebraska-Lincoln and is a member of the American Marketing Association and the Direct Marketing Association. She has also served as faculty in online and brick & mortar collegiate environments.
