Tammy Ogren, Ph.D.

Dr. Ogren is dedicated to the growth and development of organizations and individuals. Her passions and proven experience in evaluating concepts and strategies, creating and implementing efficient operational systems in accordance with measurable business goals and objectives, and leading others toward excellence have been repeatedly demonstrated through a proven-track record of successful organizational and marketing initiatives.

Dr. Ogren holds her undergraduate degree in human relations and graduate degrees include M.B.A. and Ph.D., Business Administration, specailist Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Tammy’s doctoral research was analyzing the factors contributing to trust, quality communication, and collaboration in distributed work settings, supporting her experience and expertise in helping leaders build high performing virtual teams and organizations.

She is an adjunct professor at undergrad through master’s business courses at a variety of colleges in brick and mortar and online environments, traditional and non-traditional programs.

Having spent nearly 30 years in educational marketing research arena, Dr. Ogren served in an executive leadership role and has maintained a consistent track record of building and guiding top-performing teams. She was key to development of the country’s largest database of college-bound high school student educational and career interest profiles. Her expertise in regulatory compliance and ethical standards related to personally identifiable information and data, as well as knowledge and experience with data management and distribution has been vital to the recruitment success of nearly half of the U.S. colleges and universities.

In 2014, Tammy opened a snack food manufacturing business, Spicy Guys…Pretzels with an Attitude, turning a family favorite snack food into a quickly growing business, currently in over 200 retail locations in five states.
