MORF Consulting is a women owned small business headquartered in Kansas City, MO. Our clients are private and public for-profit, non-profit, educational, governmental and military. MORF’s cadre of owners, employees and subcontractors have proven competencies in personnel development, leadership and leader development, organizational development, individual and organizational assessments, training and training development, research design and implementation, and process analysis and improvement.

Our team is highly experienced in providing team development efforts for on-going high-performance organizations. Our facilitators and coaches are knowledgeable in group-dynamics and skilled at working through conflicts and providing creative solutions to troublesome issues.  Our team has the educational requirements and decades of personnel development experience to provide the most effective programs in any venue.

MORF Consulting has three decades of experience creating, managing and implementing one of the largest educational research efforts in the USA. Our experience includes collecting, managing and producing research and other reports from a database of over six-million records with hundreds of data elements per record. This includes designing and implementing numerous research campaigns that require voluntary participation and is successful in collecting over two million new individual records per year.
