MORF provides team building sessions built around what the team needs to accomplish. For some teams, the focus is to create an actionable vision for the future. For others, it is to navigate differences in communication and deal effectively with conflict. For other teams, it is to bond, build trust and firmly establish the new leader of the team. Sessions are typically either half day, one day or two days in duration.
